It took some time, but after our engineers worked with Microsoft, we we're able to produce a fix for the April 11th Windows Update that caused many problems in our ERP and PLM product, PolyPM. Because of the nature of the bug, it affected hundreds, if not thousands of products on every Windows Operating System.
The best solution is to uninstall the update or restore to an earlier backup. But if any of our customers are still having problems caused by the Windows Update, contact us and we can deploy the beta fix if it is the best solution.
Microsoft aims to have an official update to address the issue in Mid-April.
